This Shipping Policy describes the processing and delivery of orders placed through this website, operated by Rodrigo Loureiro (individual sole proprietor, doing business as "Meu Brasil Online"; "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship orders within the United States and internationally, including across Europe and Asia, and to other eligible countries based on availability and applicable regulations. Some regions may be unavailable due to shipping or regulatory limitations. Eligible destinations are shown at checkout.

2. Product Origin and Fulfillment

All orders are shipped from our facility in Miami, Florida, located at 601 Brickell Key Drive, Miami, FL 33131, United States — including international orders, which are shipped directly from the United States.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 15 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. If we cannot deliver within the stated time, we will notify you and offer the option to consent to a delay or cancel for a full refund, consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

4. Shipping Methods and Costs

Available shipping options and costs are clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. The amount shown at checkout is the total shipping cost with no hidden fees. Methods may include carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for international shipments. We may use equivalent carriers as needed without reducing service quality. After an order is confirmed, the shipping method and delivery address cannot be changed.

5. Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery window is up to 15 business days after payment confirmation. International delivery times may be longer depending on destination and customs. Delivery times are non-binding estimates. We provide tracking and customer support throughout the shipping process.

6. Taxes, Duties, and Customs

Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to customs duties or import taxes; applicable sales tax, where required, is shown at checkout. For international orders (including Europe and Asia), shipping prices do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may be required by the destination country. As the importer, the customer is responsible for complying with the destination country's import rules and for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges.

7. Age-Restricted Products (Alcohol & Tobacco)

Some products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco, are age-restricted. By ordering these products, you confirm that you and the recipient meet the legal minimum age required in the delivery destination (country and/or state). A valid government-issued photo ID proving legal age may be required at the time of delivery, and the carrier may refuse delivery if it cannot be verified. Couriers or customs authorities may require additional documentation to comply with local laws, and may refuse or delay delivery if those requirements are not met. The customer is responsible for ensuring that these products may be lawfully imported into the destination country.

8. Free Shipping

When offered, free-shipping promotions are shown at checkout and subject to the conditions stated there. We may modify or end free-shipping promotions at any time.

9. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and current shipping address. Address errors may cause delays, returns, or additional costs, which are your responsibility. The delivery address cannot be changed after the order ships.

10. Delivery Attempts

Up to three (3) delivery attempts will be made. If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient absence or incorrect address details, the order may be returned, canceled, and refunded in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy.
