REFUND & RETURN POLICY – MEU BRASIL ONLINE

This Refund & Return Policy governs purchases made on the Meu Brasil Online website, operated by Rodrigo Loureiro (individual sole proprietor, doing business as "Meu Brasil Online"). All return, exchange, and cancellation requests may be made through our Customer Support by email (atendimento@meubrasilonline.com), by WhatsApp, or through the website contact form.
1. Return Window
You may request a return of non-perishable items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unopened (seal intact), and in its original packaging with all original accessories and manuals. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund, except where they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect: perishable goods (such as fresh or refrigerated foods); items that are opened, used, or not in resalable condition; age-restricted products such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco; gift cards; and items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount (final sale).
3. Inspection at Delivery
We take care to ship products that match your confirmed order. At delivery, please inspect your order and refuse delivery if you notice visible issues such as a product different from what was ordered; visible damage affecting use or consumption; or missing items or essential accessories. If you refuse delivery, note the reason on the delivery receipt where possible and notify Customer Support immediately. If you accept the order and later find an issue, contact Customer Support as soon as possible.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it: for perishable goods, within 48 hours of delivery; for non-perishable goods, within the 30-day return window. Photos of the product are required for review. After evaluation, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you when the issue is our responsibility.
5. Order Cancellation by the Customer
You may cancel an order before it has shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us by email (atendimento@meubrasilonline.com) or WhatsApp. If the order has been processed but not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of your cancellation request. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may be needed for the refund to appear on your statement. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and is handled under the return terms above.
6. Return Shipping Costs
When the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label or arrange pickup. When the return is due to customer preference (a permitted 30-day return of an unused, non-perishable item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Exchange and Refund Options
When a return is approved, you may choose: replacement of the same product (free shipping only when the error is our responsibility); store credit in the value of the returned product; refund to the original payment method (including original shipping when the return is due to our error); or exchange for a similar product — if the replacement costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference is refunded as store credit or to the original payment method. Returned items are inspected within 3 business days of receipt at our distribution center.
8. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval (for example, after a confirmed cancellation or an approved return). Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time (often up to two billing cycles) may be needed for the refund to appear on your statement. Store credit, when chosen, is typically issued within 1 business day of receipt and inspection. We do not issue refunds to third parties.
9. Cancellation by Meu Brasil Online
In exceptional cases we may cancel orders — for example, if payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, if order information is inconsistent and cannot be corrected after reasonable attempts to contact you, or if delivery cannot be completed after up to three (3) documented delivery attempts. In such cases, any amount charged is refunded to the original payment method.
10. How to Start a Cancellation or Return
Contact us by email (atendimento@meubrasilonline.com) or WhatsApp with your order number and (for damaged/defective/incorrect items) photos. We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return label or pickup.
