Preparation method:
1. In a saucepan, pour 1 liter (5 cups) of water and bring to a boil. When the water starts to boil, add the contents of the sago (tapioca pearl) package.
2- Cook over medium heat for about 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until you obtain a thick syrup and the sago is cooked. 3- Remove from heat, add the contents of the package (powder) and mix well.
3- Let it cool, refrigerate, and your delicious sago is ready! If you want it sweeter, just add sugar to taste.
