> WRITERS: Heloisa Prieto, born in São Paulo, winner of several literary awards, is the author of 82 works for young people and children. With a Master's degree in Communication and Semiotics (PUC), she conducted research on cultural memory as the theme of her doctoral thesis (USP). In 2018, during a stay in Dublin, Ireland, she met Adrienne Geoghegan at the Irish Writers Centre. From this encounter, they began to write the novel "Viajantes do Vento" (Wind Travelers), a work that addresses the journey of young immigrants from both countries, as well as the dialogue between Celtic and Afro-Brazilian cultural traditions. Part of the writing took place in person, but also remotely, generating a rich creative experience. With several of her titles adapted for theater, TV, and cinema, Heloisa continues her research on different mythological roots and the relevance of their narratives and teachings in the contemporary world. She has already published two works with Editora : "Coração musical de bumba meu boi," approved by PNLD Literário 2018; and "Visitando sonhos," acquired by the São Paulo city hall's literary program.
