How to prepare: Moisten Dr. Oetker Powder Gelatin in 5 tablespoons of cold water. Mix well and dissolve over low heat or microwave for approximately 15 seconds. Do not let it boil to avoid losing its gelling capacity. Use in your preferred recipe. The contents of this sachet (12 g) are sufficient for 1/2 liter of liquid.

Colorless:
Ingredients: Powdered gelatin. ALLERGENS: MAY CONTAIN WHEAT, RYE, BARLEY, AND OATS. CONTAINS GLUTEN.

Red:
Ingredients: Powdered gelatin and colorings: bordeaux S and sunset yellow FCF. ALLERGENS: MAY CONTAIN EGGS, MILK, SOY, WHEAT, RYE, BARLEY, AND OATS. CONTAINS GLUTEN.

Sheet 10g:
The contents of this sachet (10 g) are sufficient for 1⁄2 liter of liquid.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the gelatin sheets into small pieces, add 5 tablespoons of cold water, and mix well.
Dissolve over low heat or microwave for approximately 15 seconds. Do not let it boil to avoid losing its gelling capacity.
Use in your preferred recipe.
