O.B. Sempre Livre is a tampon developed by a gynecologist to provide protection and comfort for women during their menstrual period. The absorbent core of O.B. Sempre Livre is made of absorbent fibers derived from cellulose pulp; these are covered with a perforated film material (which facilitates the insertion and removal of the tampon). It also has a string, attached to the product, which is tested throughout production and helps to hold the product during insertion and removal. The product does not contain superabsorbent (acrylic polymer) or adhesive in its composition. The O.B. Sempre Livre regular tampon has 8 curved channels that guide menstrual flow to the core of the tampon and help prevent leaks.
