Shipping and Delivery Time

All orders will be dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (counted from payment confirmation). All orders will automatically come with tracking, regardless of standard or express shipping. This means that from the moment it leaves our warehouse until delivery, you can track it right to your door! We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses.

We ask for your ATTENTION WHEN FILLING OUT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS to ensure that delivery is made within the established timeframe. Please remember that the address cannot be changed 24 hours after placing the order on the website, as after this period the product will have already been prepared for shipping.
