Copra Concentrated Coconut Oil (MCT) contains different types of fatty acids, among which MCTs – Medium Chain Triglycerides – stand out. Copra MCT is extracted from coconut oil through enzymatic hydrolysis, producing a 100% MCT oil that is odorless and tasteless and does not solidify at room temperature (as it does not contain lauric acid).
With a high degree of purity and rapid absorption by the body, Copra MCT has a maximum acidity of 0.1% and is a source of energy for the ketogenic diet, a type of diet that drastically reduces carbohydrate consumption, replacing it with the intake of good fats and proteins, which allows the body to reach a state of nutritional ketosis, a condition in which the body uses fat as its main source of energy instead of carbohydrates.
