Copra Concentrated Coconut Oil MCT contains different types of fatty acids, among which MCTs - Medium Chain Triglycerides - stand out. Copra MCT is extracted from coconut oil through enzymatic hydrolysis, which produces a 100% MCT oil, odorless and tasteless, and does not solidify at room temperature (as it does not contain lauric acid).
With a high degree of purity and rapid absorption by the body, Copra MCT has a maximum acidity of 0.1% and is an energy source for the ketogenic diet, a type of diet that drastically reduces carbohydrate intake, replacing it with the consumption of good fats and proteins, which allows the body to reach a state of nutritional ketosis, a condition in which the body uses fat as its primary energy source instead of carbohydrates.
