A 60g serving of this tapioca contains 3.6g of bamboo shoot fiber, making it a food with high dietary fiber content. Benefits such as reduced cholesterol and improved bowel function may be observed after daily consumption of two to three servings of this tapioca.

INGREDIENTS: Manioc starch, bamboo shoot extract, and water.

Store in a dry, cool place, protected from sunlight and humidity. Once opened, reseal the package, keep refrigerated at 4 to 8ºC, and consume within 5 days.

Preparation method:
Heat a skillet over low heat and evenly pour one sachet of Da Terrinha tapioca, leveling the mixture with a spoon.
Heat for 1 minute until the tapioca forms.
Add your favorite filling, fold in half, and wait for another 1/2 minute.
Now, just serve!
