The daBella ZERO line consists of flavoring pastes with no added sugars, making them an excellent option for those who want to offer healthier products. Made with natural fruit, daBella ZERO line pastes provide a real and delicious flavor, as well as a color similar to the fresh fruit, eliminating the need for colorants. Just add a little bit of the paste to get the fruit's flavor and color, without added sugars, ideal for making light and flavorful sweets, drinks, gelatos, creams, chocolates, fillings, and doughs.
Presentation: 150g PET jar.
SUGGESTED USE: 60 to 80g of paste for each kilo of product to be flavored, or to your taste.
INGREDIENTS: Solubilized sorbitol, nature-identical açaí flavor, lyophilized açaí, brilliant blue (INS 133) and bordeaux red (INS 123) colorants, citric acid, and potassium sorbate.
ALLERGENS: Contains soy derivatives. GLUTEN-FREE.
