The use of RefectoCil liquid oxidant guarantees an intense, long-lasting, and brilliant color result and can be used without concern in the sensitive eye area. Sufficient for approximately 200 applications.
The narrow opening of the dispenser allows for accurate dosage.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
• Use RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Skin Protection Cream and eye protection papers according to instructions.
• Mix 2 cm of tint and 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid to create a creamy paste. Apply to eyelashes and
eyebrows.
• Leave on for 5-10 minutes.
• Remove with cotton wool and water.
If RefectoCil Blonde Brow was used previously, the application time is reduced by 1-5 minutes, and with RefectoCil Eyelash Curl, it is reduced to 2 minutes.
