How to use
- Wash the cast iron utensil or pan with warm water and soap.
- Dry the cookware completely over heat and wait for it to cool down.
3. Apply a thin layer of vegetable oil or olive oil to all surfaces of the utensil with a paper towel.
- Place it over the stove flame and wait until all the oil is burned off.
- Wash the utensil only with a sponge and hot water;
- Now your cast iron utensil can be used again;
- Preferably use it for deep frying.
- Store your utensil in a dry place and keep a paper filter (coffee filter) on the internal surface of the utensil so that it absorbs any moisture.
