Storage
Store the product away from light, in a cool, dry, airy place, away from products with strong odors, at a temperature between 18 °C and 25 °C. Keep the packaging always closed after use. If you don't use all the contents, wrap the original packaging with plastic film, sealing it well. We do not recommend refrigeration, as it may cause sensory changes in the product.
Temperature
Always work at an ambient temperature between 20 °C and 25 °C. To temper, use a culinary thermometer, checking the temperature at all stages of the process.
Melting: 45 °C to 50 °C
Tempering: 28 °C to 29 °C
Working temperature: 30 °C to 32 °C
