Storage
Store the product away from light, in a cool, dry, airy place, and away from products that emit odors, at a temperature between 18 °C and 25°C. Keep the packaging always closed after use. If you do not use the entire contents, wrap the original packaging with plastic film, sealing it well. We do not recommend refrigeration, as it may cause sensory changes in the product.
Temperature
Always work with an ambient temperature between 20 °C and 25 °C. For tempering, use a culinary thermometer, checking the temperature at all stages of the process.
Melting: 45 °C to 50 °C
Tempering: 27 °C to 28 °C
Working temperature: 29 °C to 30 °C
