Double-Sided Cast Iron Griddle

Cast iron griddle ideal for grilling meats and burgers, can be used in the oven, gas stove, wood-fired oven, and barbecue.

How to use

1. Wash the cast iron utensil or pan with warm water and soap.
2. Dry the cookware completely over heat and wait for it to cool.

3. Apply a thin layer of vegetable oil or olive oil with a paper towel to all surfaces of the utensil.

4. Place it over the stove flame and wait until all the oil has burned off.
5. Wash the utensil with only a sponge and hot water;
6. Now your cast iron utensil can be used again;
7. Preferably use it for frying.
8. Store your utensil in a dry place and place a paper filter (coffee filter) on the inner surface of the utensil so that it absorbs any moisture.
