How to use

1. Wash the cast iron utensil or pan with warm water and soap.
2. Dry the container completely over a flame and wait for it to cool.

3. Apply a thin layer of vegetable oil or olive oil with a paper towel to all surfaces of the utensil.

4. Place over the stove flame and wait until all the oil is burned off.
5. Wash the utensil only with a sponge and hot water;
6. Your cast iron utensil can now be used again;
7. Preferably use it for deep frying.
8. Store your utensil in a dry place and keep a paper filter (for coffee) on the inner surface of the utensil so that it absorbs any moisture.
