Instructions for use
Dosage: The maximum recommended dose of tadalafil is 20 mg, taken before sexual intercourse. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once daily.
Tadalafil has proven effective starting 30 minutes after administration and lasting up to 36 hours. Patients may initiate sexual activity at varying times after administration to determine their own optimal response interval.
The duration of treatment should be determined by the physician.

This medicine should not be broken, opened, or chewed.
When should I not use Tadalafil?
Tadalafil is not indicated for men who do not have erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil should not be used by patients allergic to tadalafil or any of the tablet's components. Tadalafil should not be administered to patients who are using... medications containing nitrates, such as: propatil nitrate, isosorbide, nitroglycerin and isosorbide dinitrate.
