What is Fenergan Cream used for?

CREMEFENERGAN is a medication with anti-allergic properties and is intended for the treatment of local allergy symptoms (especially insect bites) and skin irritations of various origins, for example, pruritus (itching).

How to use Fenergan Cream?

Apply the cream to the affected area, which must be clean and free of dirt, spreading it in a thin, even layer over the skin 3 to 4 times a day.

There are no studies on the effects of CREMEFENERGAN administered via routes other than those recommended. Therefore, for safety and to ensure the effectiveness of this medication, it should only be applied to the affected area.

When should I not use Fenergan Cream?

CREMEFENERGAN is contraindicated in cases of infected or irritated dermatoses (inflammation or infection of the skin), eczema, and exudative lesions (lesions with liquid secretion on the skin). CREMEFENERGAN is also contraindicated in cases of hypersensitivity (allergy) to promethazine or any component of the formula.

This medication is contraindicated for children under 2 years of age (see the section "What should I know before using this medication?" in the package insert).
