How does Annita Suspension work?

Annita acts against protozoa by inhibiting an enzyme essential to the parasite's life. The same seems to occur with worms, although other mechanisms, not yet fully understood, may be involved.

The action on viruses occurs through the inhibition of viral structure synthesis, blocking the virus's ability to multiply.

The average time the medication takes to take effect is estimated to be between two and four hours after administration.

How to use

Annita should be taken with food, which ensures high absorption of the medication.

Prepare the suspension immediately before using it for the first time, as instructed below:

  1. Shake the closed bottle vigorously to loosen the powder from the bottom.
  1. Add boiled or filtered water up to the mark indicated on the label.
  1. Place the syringe adapter on the bottle.
  1. Cap the bottle and shake vigorously to obtain a homogeneous suspension. If necessary, add more filtered water up to the mark indicated on the label and shake to homogenize.
  1. The volume of the suspension should be measured using the syringe. Fit the syringe into the opening of the inner cap of the bottle, turn it upside down, and pull the plunger until the volume prescribed by your doctor is reached.
  1. The suspension can be administered directly from the syringe into the mouth or, if desired, it can be transferred to a spoon before administration.

Any unused portion of the oral suspension, after the maximum storage period of seven days, should be discarded.

Attention: Dosing syringe for exclusive use with Annita suspension. After use, wash it under running water and store it for the next dose.
