ADAPTER: Beto Junqueyra is from São Paulo and has been writing short stories since he was 9 years old. Among his children's and young adult titles, highlights include The Camões Code, The World Went Crazy; It Got Dirty!; A Light on Dark Island; Ecopirates in Fernando de Noronha and He Who Has a Mouth Goes to Timor. His work Living Better won the Jabuti Prize in 2000.



> SPANISH VERSION: Lourdes Ballesteros Martín was born in the land of Don Quixote and traveled through La Mancha in search of adventures. She worked at the Lope de Vega House Museum in Madrid, in a business association, as well as in different educational institutions, until she arrived in São Paulo, where she runs a bilingual and multicultural school and is happy surrounded by children and young people.



ILLUSTRATOR: Danilo Tanaka was born in São Paulo and has a degree in Advertising and Marketing. Gifted with various drawing and painting styles, he won his first award at age 13 and hasn't stopped since. In 2017, he won the ABF+ RDI Design Packaging Design Award.



This book, in partnership with the Miguel de Cervantes School, was founded in 1978. Its concept was conceived by a group of Spaniards living in São Paulo, with the participation of the Spanish government. With over 40 years of tradition and a leading institution in Spanish language teaching, the school is open to those interested in its pedagogical project, fostering multicultural integration representative of Brazilian society.
